Lordswood Boys Year 13 AQA ISA - Tuesday 12th March 2013

5 A2 students from Lordswood Boys and Hillcrest came to the Five Ways Physics Factory to complete their AQA ISA. Well done for keeping focused and working hard!

Ogden Trust/Physics Factory Year 9 G&T Session - Thursday 7th March 2013

King Edward VI Five Ways, Lordswood Girls, Edgbaston High and Bordesley Green Girls each brought a group of  their Year 9 G&T students for a Ogden Trust School Partnership masterclass at the Physics Factory. They experienced forces, using hammers, magnets, a toy helicopter, helium balloons, and the hoverboard and also learnt about heat transfer using ice, copper 'matches', food dye in gas jars, ice-melting and seeing black surface experiments and lots more.
